Baies d'Erelle uses secure payment solutions, with protection of confidential data provided by Six Payment, Paypal, Postfinance and Twint.

The buyer can pay for his order using a PAYPAL account or using his VISA or Mastercard credit cards through the secure online payment provider such as PAYPAL or Six Payment. He can also pay with his postcard or by connecting to his postfinance account, as well as by bank transfer with his Twint application. If the customer wishes to pay by bank transfer, he must inform Baies d'Erelle by email and his order will only be delivered after receipt of full payment for his order by Baies d'Erelle.

In case of refusal of transaction by the buyer's bank, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. Baies d'Erelle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or delivery from a customer with whom the company has had a dispute due to total or partial non-payment of a previous order or refusal of authorization. payment by credit card.


We make refunds only after receipt and verification of the items ordered. If the returned items are in perfect condition, we will accept a refund for each returned item and will make the refunds as soon as possible from the date of receipt of the return of the products (i.e. within 5 to 15 days maximum after receipt of the returned parts) .

The reimbursement of your returned orders is made according to the payment method you have chosen to pay for your order. If you paid with a credit card or Visa through Six Payment, you will be refunded to your card and will see the refund receipt on your next credit card statement. If you paid with Paypal, the amount will be refunded to your Paypal account, the same for your postal account if you paid with Postcard or via Postfinance. For payments via Twint, the refund may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
