Payments & Refunds


Baies d'Erelle uses secure payment solutions, with protection of confidential data provided by Six Payment, Paypal, Postfinance and Twint.

The buyer can pay for his order using a PAYPAL account or by using his VISA or Mastercard credit cards through the secure online payment provider such as PAYPAL or Six Payment. It is also possible to pay with a postcard or by logging into a postfinance account, as well as via the Twint application.

In the event of a transaction refusal by the buyer's banking institution, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. Baies d'Erelle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or delivery from a customer with whom the company has had a dispute due to total or partial non-payment of a previous order or refusal to authorize payment by credit card.


An unused item can be returned to Baies d'Erelle within seven days of the delivery date . The return is made in the original packaging, by registered mail at the customer's expense.

We make refunds only after receipt and verification of the items ordered. Any damaged item will be returned to the buyer, at his expense, and no refund will be made by Baies d'Erelle.

In the event of a defective item when your order arrives, please contact the Baies d'Erelle team by email, attaching a photo of the product to the address .

The amount of the corresponding purchase will be refunded as soon as possible, upon receipt of the package, using the same means of payment used when ordering.
