For its 10th anniversary, Baies d'Erelle presents its new collection of high-end costume jewellery, inspired by the poems of Djalâl ad-Dîn Rûmî, a Persian mystical poet of the 13th century.

This collection reflects the spirituality of Sufism, turned towards interiorization, contemplation, wisdom and love, placed at the center of everything and which radiate, thus leading to spiritual elevation.

The quotes from Rumi's poems, selected for this collection, celebrate the different emotions revolving around love. These inner states, translated into a sacred dance by Sufi whirling dervishes, evoke spiritual intoxication, the cosmic dance of the universe and the stars around the sun, and of the human being around his center, his heart.

The ring, the centerpiece of the collection, symbolizes this thought through its circularity and purity. Each ring is unique, hand-engraved with a poem fragment and numbered from 1 to 10 for this limited edition.

Entirely made by hand and in a traditional way, each of the pieces is composed of a silver wire hammered and engraved in Lausanne, then gilded with pale gold in Paris. All our craftsmen are part of an eco-responsibility and fair trade approach.
