Baies d'Erelle delivers free of charge in Switzerland and with delivery charges worldwide. Baies d'Erelle sends the products ordered within 3 to 5 working days in Switzerland, after receipt of payment. It is possible to receive your order in express, within 2 to 3 working days in Switzerland for 10.- shipping costs. However, Baies d'Erelle does not make any commitment in this regard. In periods of sales or high activity, the deadlines may be exceptionally extended. You also have the option of picking up your order free of charge at the Baies d'Erelle boutique, rue de l'Ancienne customs 3, 1005 Lausanne.

Shipments and deliveries are processed by the Swiss Post, by signature package in Switzerland (or equivalent abroad), to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. If you are absent when your package is delivered, a delivery notice will be delivered to your mailbox inviting you to collect your package from La Poste as soon as possible. If your order is not collected from the postal services (for any private or professional reason) the package will be returned to Baies d'Erelle. Any request for return following a non-collection with the Swiss postal service (for everything on the way to Switzerland) must be made by email and the costs of returning your order will be invoiced to you this time.

Delivery times and costs:

- Free: 3 to 5 working days in Switzerland,

- 10.- CHF: 2 to 3 working days in Switzerland for paying priority shipments,

- 25.- CHF: 6 to 10 working days in Europe,

- 40.- CHF: 15-20 working days in the rest of the world.

Baies d'Erelle undertakes to pack and protect the goods to be shipped as well as possible, but will not be held liable in the event of any damage that may occur during delivery, as this is the responsibility of the transport service.


If an item does not suit the buyer, he can return it to Baies d'Erelle within seven days of the delivery date. This is done at the risk and expense of the buyer (except in the event of a return due to a defect in the product, which will be the responsibility of Baies d'Erelle).

In the event of a return as described above, Baies d'Erelle will refund the buyer the corresponding amount, as soon as possible, after deduction of any promotions, coupons, reductions or sales advantages that may have been obtained at the time of purchase. . The costs of sending the items back by the buyer will not be reimbursed. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Baies d'Erelle will not reimburse the buyer if the non-defective products are returned worn, damaged or in a condition that no longer allows them to be sold and/or without their original packaging or label. In this case, the products will be returned to the buyer, at his expense, and no reimbursement will be made by Baies d'Erelle.

When returning a product, the buyer must follow the following procedure:

- Send the package for signature . It is important to keep the postage certificate to be able to follow the package,
